The Art of Negotiation

Location: Campus Center Room 301

Getting a "win-win" through collaborative problem-solving

Do you want to effectively negotiate household chores; your salary, job title, or a promotion; or your next car or home purchase? Knowing what you want and how to ask for it is one of the first steps to becoming a skillful negotiator,” says Julie. In this interactive session, learn some powerful negotiation techniques—including framing the-ask, making offers and counteroffers, and sealing the deal. Join us and walk away with practical tools to become a better “win-win” negotiator, at home, in the workplace, and in the world.

A reception with pūpū begins at 4:30 pm
