Mindfulness Classes for Stress Management

Location: SLC Aerobics Room 2

Mindfulness is the psychological process of bringing one's attention to experiences occurring in the present moment. Practicing mindfulness has been shown to improve sleep, decision making and the ability to be present in relationships.

Come join us! No prior experience necessary.
