Mindfulness for Stress Management Class

Location: Aerobics Room 2

Learn and practice a variety of mindfulness strategies to better manage stress and improve your well-being.

Practicing mindfulness has been shown to improve sleep, decision making and ability to be present in your relationships.

Come join us, no prior experience necessary!
