Mindfulness for Stress Management Class
Location: Aerobics Room 2
This is the first of four classes to learn and practice a variety of mindfulness strategies to better manage stress and improve your well-being.
Practicing mindfulness has been shown to improve sleep, decision making, and ability to be present in your relationships.
Come join us, no prior experience necessary!
