Anxiety Support Group

The Anxiety Support Group is for students who experience anxiety (test, social, general, etc.) and would like a place to share common challenges and triumphs with others who understand. There is strong evidence that support groups are very effective in helping college students feel better through understanding and connection.

Students will learn coping strategies for managing anxiety.

There will be a 4 sessions before the end of the semester, starting the week of October 29. There will also be a group next semester.
