Mindfulness and Stress Management Class
Location: To be determined
Over the course of four classes, learn mindfulness strategies to better cope with stress. Includes guided meditation and breathing exercises.
Weekly classes on Fridays, September 21st to October 12th, 1 pm – 2:15 pm.
