UH Hilo First Year Experience (FYE) program is hosting a First 6 session in Student Services Center (SSC) W-201 (fishbowl) and begins at 2:00 PM.

Students face increasing pressures that can lead to emotional distress, depression, anxiety, substance abuse, and even thoughts of suicide. Kognito, an interactive online conversation simulation that will help you identify the signs of at-risk behaviors, and how to be a good friend to someone in of need.

These events are free for all UH Hilo students and we look forward to you learning more about the campus resources and departments this beautiful campus has to offer.
