Film Festival: Halloween in Spring!

The students of English 370 are hosting a "monster mash" film festival as a way of helping their peers let off steam in the weeks prior to finals.

April 24th: "From Dusk Till Dawn" in Kilohana from 6:00 pm (a short talk on "foreigners" and "vampires" will be hosted by Emily Duncan, Sharlene Macasieb, Rachel Nussbaum)

April 26th: "Blade" in the Hale Kauanoe TV Lounge from 7:00 pm (find out about the origins of this character per a short lecture by Christian Meier and Shonosuke Tomomatsu)

May 1st: "What We Do in the Shadows" in the Hale Kauanoe TV Lounge from 7:00 pm (a spoof on the vampire genre--a short discussion on what this means will be hosted by Annalisa Ching, Martabella Freedman, and April Pinyerd).

May 3rd: "Interview with a Vampire" at Kilohana from 12:00 noon (a daytime look the things that walk at night...hosted by Tynsl Kailimai, Mana Blankenfeld, and Heather Simon)

Come relax and grab a doughnut and maybe learn a thing or two.
