The Power of Attitude and Mindfulness

Location: Campus Center 306

Join us in "The Power of Attitude & Mindfulness" on Wednesday, November 8, 2017 from 1:00-2:00 PM in Campus Center 306 with Ka Lama Ku Coordinator, Leomi L. Bergknut. This interactive training session is based upon the human experiences shared by Mac Anderson in developing your toolbox to "live the life of your dreams and to make a positive difference in the lives of others." The training session will also share what's happening in December with a walking meditation event and the upcoming "Let's Celebrate" year-end event. Students, faculty and staff are welcome to join us in this training with the Ka Lama Ku Student Leadership Series. UH Hilo students can apply this session toward the Ka Lama Ku Certificate of Leadership.
