National Depression Screening Day

Location: SSB Room- E-203

Students can participate in a confidential, free in-person screening and speak with a counselor to review their results. If necessary, appropriate referrals can be made. Participants may also find information on depression and other mental health issues for themselves, or for a friend or a loved one.

Students can also access this anonymous online screening 24 hours a day:
www.ulifeline.org/hawaii/self_evaluator

The screening is for yourself or a friend and screens for 13 common conditions that college students face, identifies problems, and provides information to assist you in deciding how to reach out for help.
