On Wednesday and Thursday (September 6 &7), LeRoy Rooker will be presenting
FERPA, compliance, and will also field questions. He is the nation’s leading authority on FERPA and is the former director of the Department of Education’s Family Compliance Office with over 21 years of experience.

He will cover:

-What student information can be release
-What parents can access
-What information can be released to law enforcement
-HIPPA vs. FERPA
