The Ka Lama Ku Student Leadership Series

The Ka Lama Ku Student Leadership Program at Campus Center introduces the Student Leadership Series with a Certificate of Leadership for UH Hilo students who complete and attend 7+ leadership trainings. Majority of the training sessions are an hour long and include topics related to leadership development and feature guest speakers. Leadership trainings include The Values of Ka Lama Ku & The Leadership Challenge, Power, Privilege & Leadership with Maile Boggeln, Conflict Resolution with Catherine Lampton, Pulling Together & Teamwork, Intro to Safe Zone Training and other related topics. Specialty trainings are with The Leadership Practices Inventory-360 Degree Assessment, The Leadership Challenge and True Colors. Lets Celebrate is scheduled to recognize those who complete the requirements for the Certificate of Leadership and other specialty trainings.
