Relaxation Station @ Hale ʻIkena Lounge

Location: Hale Ikena Lounge

Feeling overwhelmed? Join us for the Relaxation Station at Hale ʻIkena Lounge. Relaxation techniques will be available for students to decompress from the stress of school, work, and life. Stress balls, sand play, collages, and mindfulness techniques are just some of the activities offered for those who want to get away from it all. Try out the emWave HeartMath biofeedback training program to learn to change your reaction to stress. See www.heartmath.com/ to learn more.
