Good Neighbor Day

PLEASE COME HELP US CELEBRATE GOOD NEIGHBOR DAY!
Good Neighbor Day is a day to go out into our community and be a good neighbor by participating in service projects that are going on around us.
WHEN: Saturday, February 11, 2017
We have 2 projects for you to participate in this year, please RSVP by 2/8/17 to Heather Simon at simonh8@hawaii.edu and let us know which project you would like to help with.
PROJECT 1: Food Basket Hawaii is doing a food drop at Mt. View Elementary School from 8am-1pm. MUST HAVE YOUR OWN TRANSPORTATION.
PROJECT 2: Clean-up day at Liliuokalani Gardens. The emphasis of this day will be on weeding around the rocks, rimming the ponds, and cleaning up the bamboo forest. This event will take place from 8am-12pm. Some transportation might be provided. (RSVP preferred but not necessary for this project.)
(For the Liliuokalani Gardens project please make sure you wear clothes and shoes that you are willing to get dirty, bring with you: sunscreen, a reusable water bottle, and a hat. Lunch will be provided for this project.)
