2017 Ka Lama Ku Student Leadership Conference

Location: Campus Center 301

Come and join us for the 2017 Annual Ka Lama Ku Student Leadership Conference,"Ho╩╗okele I Ka Moku Lanakila - Navigating Toward Success" to be held on Saturday, February 25, 2017 from 8:30 AM - 3:00 PM at UH Hilo. Check-in begins at 8:15 AM in Campus Center 301 with morning protocol at 8:45 AM. This year our featured speakers are agricultural consultant, Keahi Tajon and Denyse Woo of KBIG-FM. Both speakers are former students of UH Hilo. Conference workshops for students focus on leadership development, health and wellness, and cultural experiences. The conference features a "Local First" lunch by Sodexo and pre-registration is highly recommended as seating is limited. The Conference is open at no cost to UH Hilo students with a valid UH Hilo ID. There is a fee of $59 for all other participants. To pre-register contact, Leomi L Bergknut at bergknut@hawaii.edu.
