Managing Risks Around the Big Island

Location: Campus Center, rm 306

As we plan a variety of field trips, experiential projects and programs, challenge workshops and just plain fun activities with programs, clubs or friends, we need to be as alert as we can be to some of the risks and dangers of our beautiful island. The Campus Center is offering a presentation by Battalion Chief Gerald Kosaki, HFD Search and Rescue, this Friday, Dec 2, 2016 from 4:30p to 6pm, in Campus Center rm 306. Battalion Chief Kosaki and his team are the ones who are often called to rescue people who have gotten into situations that might have been avoidable.
