Alcohol and Substance Use Screening

Location: Library Lanai and SSC, E-203 Counseling Services

How much is too much? Concerned about a friend's alcohol use? Students can find information about alcohol or participate in a confidential, free in-person alcohol use screening and speak with a counselor to review their results. If necessary, appropriate referrals can be made. Participants may also find information or participate in a screening for other substance use.

Students can also access this anonymous online screening 24 hours a day:
www.ulifeline.org/hawaii/self_evaluator

The screening is for yourself or a friend and screens for 13 common conditions that college students face including alcohol use, identifies problems, and provides information to assist you in deciding how to reach out for help.
