Relaxation Station

Location: Campus Center 301

Come to University of Hawai'i - Hilo Counseling Center's Relaxation Station. Proven stress-busting activities to help students take a load off. If students are feeling stressed from school, midterms, work, or just life in general, we encourage them to stop by the relaxation station and help get rid of some of that stress 11am-3pm.
