2nd Annual Fitness Day Fair

Location: Student Life Center - lobby

We are planning on hosting our 2nd Annual Fitness Day Fair on Friday, September 30th from 10:00a.m.-2:00p.m.at the Campus Recreation; Student Life Center-lobby. We are planning on having various free food samplings and food demonstration, door prize giveaways, and various Health, Fitness and Wellness informational booths. Some of these booths includes HMSA, HIHAF, Blue Zone Project, Island Naturals, Student Health and Wellness Programs, The Vitamin Shoppe, Hawaiʻi Community College Culinary Arts, Johnson Brothers and more!

Here are more details for the Fitness Day Fair Event Day:

Date: Friday, Sept. 30th

Time: 10:00a.m.-2:00p.m.

Theme: "Fitness for your mind, body and spirit"

Location: Campus Recreation; Student Life Center - Lobby area

Audience: Open to all UH Hilo and Hawai'i Community College participants (Student, Faculty and Staff)

Special Restrictions: They have to be a UH Hilo or HCC student, staff or faculty. This is not open to the general public.
