Evaluation Approaches & Professional Techniques: Analyzing

Location: STB 118

If you deliver training for your team or your organization, then you know how important it is to measure its effectiveness. After all, you don't want to spend time or money on training that doesn’t provide a good return. In this class you will learn multiple training and evaluation methods to help you evaluate your staff, students or trainees (the people being trained). The evaluation methods include Kirkpatrick's levels of evaluation, 360 degree evaluations as well as other tools to help you identify successes and challenges in yourself and your trainees. Be prepared for group work and bring questions about your specific training environment.

October 18 & 20, 2016, Tues & Thur, 5:00pm - 8:00pm, 2 Class
