Respectful Relationships Group

Respectful Relationships: A group for women who want to strengthen connections after abuse and/or trauma

Many people experience difficulty with relationships as a result of abuse or trauma. This group is designed to empower female students to (re)connect with themselves, friends, family and intimate partners in mutually respectful ways. Group meets once per week.

Join us for:

• Information about healthy relationships
• Education related to abuse/trauma
• Activities for improved connection with yourself and others
• Support and companionship

If you would like to join the group, or to learn more please contact elow@hawaii.edu or call Counseling Services at 932-7465. All inquiries will be kept confidential.

Counseling Services are free and available to all UH Hilo and Hawai'i CC students.

Counseling Services invites male and transgender students who have experienced abuse and/or trauma to contact us to learn about how we can support you.
