Mindful Meditation for Stress Management

Location: Student Services Building, SSC E-203

Weekly drop-in mindfulness meditation sessions. No prior experience necessary. A variety of mindfulness meditations will be offered over the semester. Sessions generally include information about mindfulness, 5-20 minutes of guided and/or quiet meditation, and a brief discussion. Students, staff and faculty are all welcome.
