Living Well As Long As Possible, a non-credit course

Location: 45-539 Plumeria Street in Honoka'a

Live your life to the fullest! Join Hugh Montgomery, PhD and other positive community members in a weekly session of walking & talking around the wondrous Hāmākua coast. Learn how to boost your physical health, manage stress, maintain optimal functioning and make healthy lifestyle choices. Class will meet at the North Hawai'i Education & Research Center, 45-539 Plumeria Street in Honoka'a, on Saturdays 9:30 -11:30am, January 16 - February 6.

Special Restrictions: Tuition is $60, please call to register: (808) 775-8890. Must register by 4pm on Wednesday January 14 to ensure your spot.
