Mindfulness - Movement Meditation

Location: Student Services Center - E203

Mindful movement is a simple, deep movement exercise based in simple yoga, and is a wonderful way to connect your mind and body through meditation. Reduce your stress and tension, and experience a renewed feeling of well-being. Exercises are suitable for all. Open and free of charge to UH Hilo and Hawai'i CC community: students, staff and faculty.
