Mindful Movement and Meditation

Location: Campus Center 306

Mindful Movement is a type of simple, deep movement exercise based on yoga. It is a wonderful way to connect your mind and body thought mindfulness, reduce stress and tension, and experience a renewed feeling of well-being. Exercises are suitable for all. Open and free of charge to UH Hilo and Hawaii CC students, staff and faculty. Wednesdays, 12:20- 1:00 pm.
