Overwhelmed?

Feeling stressed out?

Come participate in relaxing activities designed to help you cope with stress and ease your worries.

Fun, creative and stress-busting activities for everyone!

Relaxation station is a place where college students can come and let go of their stress, while learning coping skills and relaxation strategies. We have relaxing activities which include, mandalas, stress balls, writing for health, Play-doh, vision board collage, and sand play. We will also be incorporating mindfulness and movement training. The goal of relaxation station is to promote self-care and to help students realize the benefits of taking time for oneself.
