The University Concierge is Open!

UH Hilo welcomes the newest service to support our university and community ‘ohana. Introducing The University Concierge. Located on the first floor of the Student Services Center, The University Concierge is a gateway for campus information. It is a centralized location where current students, faculty, and staff as well as campus visitors can get information about UH Hilo, get assistance navigating campus, have general questions answered regarding the myriad of offices, programs, and services UH Hilo offers, as well as a variety of other services. The University Concierge will also run a Bike Share program allowing any UH Hilo student, faculty, or staff with a validated UH Hilo ID to borrow a bicycle for a day. In addition, The University Concierge provides opportunities for visitors to explore and experience the spirit of aloha here at the University of Hawaiʻi at Hilo through our Campus Tour Program. Campus Tours are available for prospective students, as well as current students, faculty, and staff. The University Concierge’s services are available both physically and virtually. The Desk is located on the first floor of the Student Service Center and is open M-F 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM. Additionally, staff is available via phone at (808) 932-7799, via Live Chat online at hilo.hawaii.edu/campusinfo/, as well as a variety of other ways to answer questions including texting, skype, and email (uhhilo@hawaii.edu).
