UH Hilo Bike Share Program

The University Concierge by New Student Programs is proud to offer UH Hilo's new Bike Share Program! All current students, faculty, and staff have the opportunity to borrow a bicycle to run errands around town. Bicycles are checked out on a first come first serve basis. You'll need to first register online on the University Concierge website (hilo.hawaii.edu/campusinfo/), then you'll be able to borrow a bicycle by visiting the University Concierge anytime between 8:00am to 4:30pm, Monday through Friday. The University Concierge is located at Student Services Center E101. Each online registration is valid for the entire academic year, however, you must present a valid UH Hilo student, faculty, or staff ID to the Concierge staff in order to complete each individual check out. All bicycle loans last for one business day, and must be returned after that time period. The University Concierge does not provide helmets, however the use of a helmet during bicycling is strongly recommended. For more information please visit us at the University Concierge desk, or call us at (808) 932-7799, or visit our website: hilo.hawaii.edu/campusinfo/. We look forward to seeing you, and happy bicycling!
