Introduction to WIX.com Creating Websites without Code 3days

The College of Continuing Education and Community Service (CCECS) at the University of Hawai’i at Hilo will host a three-day workshop on how to create a stunning website without knowing any code using online tools. Classes will be held on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, September 9, 10 and 11 from 1:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. at 891 Ululani Street, 2nd Floor (CCECS Computer Lab). Tuition is $125. Introduction to WIX.com: Creating Websites without Code will show you how to create a fully operational website with “drag and drop tools” to promote a business, department or simply create a customized website. Instructor Joel Cook will also cover several other related topics including how to easily author a fully functional website containing multiple web pages filled with animation, sounds and videos; securing a web domain (name), hosting and more.

Basic computer skills and a 4GB+ USB Drive are required.
