Relaxation Station

Location: Campus Center, Room 301

Relaxation station is an event held bi-monthly to provide students with a space to let go of their stress and participate in relaxation techniques. The activities include yoga, mandalas, breath work, writing, play-doh and vision board collage. It's open for all UH Hilo students.
