CCECS announces Apple Mac introductory workshop

The College of Continuing Education and Community Service (CCECS) at the University of Hawaiʻi at Hilo offers an introductory workshop on Apple Macintosh computers. Sessions will be held on Mondays, Wednesday, and Friday, September 12, 14, 16, and 19, from 10 a.m.- noon in UH Hilo’s UCB Room 125 (Mac Lab). Tuition is $75. Parking is $3 per day.

Instructor and multimedia producer Evan Clark will teach participants the basic features necessary to operate a Macintosh computer (iMac / Macbook Pro / Mac Air). Through hands-on instruction, students will gain the necessary skills to navigate Windows, save documents, load photos, browse the Internet, transfer documents from a USB drive, back up files, organize contacts and calendars, and much more.
