The College of Continuing Education and Community Service (CCECS) at the University of Hawaiʻi at Hilo hosts a workshop on Motivating Others & Inspiring Others on Saturday, April 16, from 9 a.m. – 4 p.m. in UH Hilo’s UCB Room 331. The cost is $75.

This workshop is designed to provide supervisors and managers with ideas, tools, and information to support employee motivation and create work environments where employees are encouraged to reach their best potential. It is designed to assist those in supervisory and managerial positions identify what employees want and how to achieve both personal and organizational goals.

Instructor Malati Shinazy is a facilitator, author, and conference speaker with experience in diverse workforces, conducting leadership development, training on people skills and team building and repair for organizations of all sizes.
