Beatles music appreciation class begins Sept. 30

The College of Continuing Education and Community Service (CCECS) at the University of Hawaiʻi at Hilo hosts a music appreciation class September 30 to October 28, from 5:30-7 p.m., in UH Hilo’s Science and Technology Building Room 118. Cost is $40.

“Beatles In Your Soul” will delve into the world of the Beatles with the author of The Beatles and Their Revolutionary Bass Player. Instructor Dennis Alstrand will take participants on a journey to explore the story of the Beatles, take a look at the music industry of the times, and discover new ways to listen to their music.
