CCECS announces website creation workshop

The College of Continuing Education and Community Service (CCECS) at the University of Hawaiʻi at Hilo hosts a three-day workshop on how to create a stunning website using online tools and without knowing any code. Classes will be held on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, July 20, 21 and 22, from 5– 8 p.m. in Mookini Library, Room 359. Tuition is $125.
Introduction to WIX.com: Creating Websites without Code will show participants how to create a fully operational website with “drag and drop tools” to promote a business, department, or simply create a customized website. Instructor Joel Cook will also cover how to easily author multiple web pages filled with animation, sounds and videos, how to secure a web domain, hosting and more. Basic computer skills and a 4GB+ USB drive are required.
