Advanced grant writing workshop offered

The College of Continuing Education and Community Service at the University of Hawaiʻi at Hilo offers an advanced grant writing workshop on Saturday, July 18, 9-4 p.m., in UH Hilo’s UCB Room 118. Cost is $75.

Instructor Jeani Navarro will show participants how to research and write proposals that get funded. She will show participants the quickest and most efficient ways to gather information that is needed to develop one’s proposal, including information on the organization's structure, administration, and finances.

Navarro has over 30 years of grant writing experience and has helped various community organizations secure needed funding.
