Introduction to Windows 8 hands-on workshop

The College of Continuing Education and Community Service at the University of Hawaiʻi at Hilo offers a workshop for new PC and beginner Windows 8/8.1 users on Monday, June 8, 5-8 p.m., in Mookini Library, Room 359. The cost is $55.
Participants will learn the basics of Microsoft's newest operating system, Windows 8/8.1, and Windows navigation, tools, and shortcuts. It will also introduce participants to some of Microsoft’s newest features, which includes applications, charms, Start screen, and much more.
Everyone must have the ability to operate a Windows-based computer.
