Hands-on Android phone workshop offered

The College of Continuing Education and Community Service (CCECS) at the University of Hawaiʻi at Hilo offers a workshop that covers the basics of using the Android phone on Wednesday, June 1, 5-8 p.m., in UH Hilo’s Library, Room 359. The cost is $55.
Participants will also learn how to enable GPS tracking, get free Internet radio apps, install movie channels, social media apps, synchronize live calendars, enable video conferencing, and much more. Participants must bring their Android-based smart phones with power and data cords and have the ability to operate a computer.
