Adobe Lightroom workshop announced

The College of Continuing Education and Community Service (CCECS) at the University of Hawaiʻi at Hilo conducts a one-day Introduction to Adobe Lightroom Workshop on Sunday, April 12, 1 – 4 p.m., at the SeniorNet Lab located on the second floor at 891 Ululani Street in Hilo. Tuition is $50.

Adobe Lightroom is a popular photo processing software program for professional photographers and photo enthusiasts. Participants will be taught a streamlined process for importing photos from their camera, organizing albums, editing, and exporting photos for online sharing and printing. They will also learn professional techniques to reduce noise, correct brightness/contrast, enhance colors, crop/recompose, remove unwanted spots, correct distortions, geo-tag photos, create slideshows, and protect photos by adding copyright notes.
