For Immediate Release

The University of Hawaiʻi at Hilo College of Continuing Education and Community Service reminds the public that registration is underway for its spring Fitness for Life classes. These non-credit classes are open to anyone in the community.

“This is a great way to try something different in an environment that is safe and fun,” said CCECS Program Coordinator Dori Yamada. “Learn to play the Taiko drum, try your hand at screenwriting, discover the world of Biofuels or participate in one of the many exercise and movement classes from Zumba to Pilates to hip hop.”
