UH Hilo English Dept begins monthly brown bag discussions

The University of Hawaiʻi at Hilo English Department launches its monthly series of brown bag discussions on writing and literature on Tuesday, September 13, 12:30-1:30 p.m. in the Campus Center Private Dining Room.
Associate Professor Mark Panek presents "When Are We? Multiple Narratives, Rhetorical Purpose, and Suspense in Big Happiness: The Life and Death of a Modern Hawaiian Warrior."
Students, faculty, staff, and the public are welcome to attend the first of the English Department's monthly informal talks.
