Fitness for Life begins spring session

The University of Hawai╩╗i at Hilo College of Continuing Education and Community Service is currently registering participants for its spring Fitness for Life program.

Returning popular classes include paddling, hiking, Afro-Brazilian dance, Pilates, and Japanese Taiko drumming. Filipino Language and Culture course, wellness workshops, and a culinary foray into the world of cupcake making are new classes for the spring session.

Two professional development courses are also being offered: Accounting Assistant Certificate program and Executive Administrative Assistant.
