Editors Note
Aloha mai kākou,
Although we may have had a late start to the semester, I hope we’ve all been able to settle in and get a hold on our busy schedules. Welcome back Vulcans! To all of our incoming and returning students, we welcome you back for another great school year with our October issue. We are so excited to begin this new chapter of sharing and documenting student life through your voices and experiences.
My name is Kealiʻi Rapozo, the new editor-in-chief for Ke Kalahea. I initially began my time here as a staff writer as a freshman. Now as a senior, I am excited to take on this role and implement all of the past teachings and experiences that those before me have implemented within me today. We are welcoming back a bunch of our returning staff members, along with a few new members. Please join us in welcoming our new staff writer Léo Skelton and graphic designer Lorelei Moon. We look forward to seeing you all this month at our upcoming events!
Ke Kalahea welcomes you to the following events. Events for next semester will be announced in future publications.
