The author studied survival, recruitment, and dispersal in the Hawaii Elepaio during 1991-2000 and until 2008 at Hakalau Forest National Wildlife Refuge. Larger body size was associated with higher survival in males but not in females. Survival and recruitment of floaters were affected by different factors.
