UH might appoint 2 staff astronomers working on basic photometric problems with Prof. Harold Jognson of UA. 3). The universities would provide for staff exchange visits, joint development of telescopes and instruments, as well as graduate student training. 4). The first project under the agreement would be transferring the 28-inch telescope and the 20-foot dome to Mauna Kea by mid-1965.
