This document describes the science that is conducted on the world's two largest ten meter telescopes, the Keck l and Keck ll, that sits atop the summit of Mauna Kea, on the island of Hawaii, where the air is so steady, it's legendary. These two telescopes operate together by combining the light that is gathered from far and away through these most powerful instruments that are known in the universe. Also described are other telescopes that were built atop Mauna Kea as well as a native Hawaiian movement whose mission is to stop all telescope construction on Mauna Kea.
