What You Need to Do First

You must be registered with the library in order to:

• Borrow books, DVDs, or request items from other UH System libraries
• Access electronic resources such as databases, ejournals, and ebooks
• Access these resources outside the library from your own computer or mobile device

If you have problems accessing an electronic resource on the library website, go here first to troubleshoot your issue.

For Distance Learners or Online Users

You can fill out the ID registration form at the Circulation desk or fill out the Online ID Registration form. It may take at least 2-4 business days to activate your account if you use the online form.
