The distinction affirms CoBE’s commitment to academic excellence, innovation, and preparing Hawaiʻi’s next generation of business leaders.

From Trauma to Triumph

Renee Rivera overcame homelessness, addiction, incarceration and trauma and credits faculty and her academic journey for helping her transform. Today she teaches courses at Hawaiʻi CC and is preparing to pursue a PhD.

2025 Spring Commencement Photo Gallery
