Trouble Report Status Enter your email address and the TR# of the Trouble Report for which you would like to see the status. Email: TR #: Search Forgotten TR Number The TR# is the unique number assigned to the Trouble Report that you file. When you submit a Trouble Report, a confirmation page displays this number and a confirmation email containing the TR# is sent to the email you provided. If you didn’t write down the number and you have lost or not received the confirmation email, contact the UH Hilo Help Desk.
