Permission to Enter Office


By checking the Permission to Enter Office box on the form page, you indicate that you consent to Help Desk staff entering your office and performing work related to the work request you have filed—even if you are not available in your office at the time of the service call.

When choosing the above option, be sure to leave a note by your computer with your computer's password for the Help Desk staff working on your issue.


If, however, you wish work to be performed only while you are in your office, for any reason, you must indicate your office hours so the Help Desk staff knows when you (and your computer) will be available for the service call. In this case, do not check the permission box on the form page.
