Whiteboard with Student Microsoft Whiteboard is a simple virtual smartboard application included with Office 365 for Education . MS Whiteboard can be used with virtually any computer or device to present and/or collaborate course material online. In addition to images, Whiteboard can directly load Word, Powerpoint, and PDF files into your workspace. This application is especially useful when paired with ScreenPal to record your whiteboard lessons in real time.

The Windows 10 and iOS apps provide comparable levels of functionality, with some small differences: in iOS, Bing image search is not available, and you cannot ink to invite participants (you must type people’s names). The web currently allows users to create and join boards, create and erase ink, and view stacks, sticky notes, and images that others have added.

Tutorials and Help

To use the Windows 10 app, you must sign in with a Microsoft account (Outlook, Hotmail, Live, Xbox, etc.) or an Microsoft Office 365 account (work or school).
